I visited a Urologist! He didn't listen to me. Right away he said you have to get doppler test done and you should pay it out of pocket. He didn't do sonography before the injection. He injected me 7.5 mg Alprostadil and told me to go to bank to pay the doppler!!! I was super nervous. I came back from bank and sat on a waiting room. I maybe had maximum 10 percent erection. He called me after some minutes and told me to lie down. I was completely flaccid. I told him I can get full erection during masturbation at home. He didn't care. he put the probe on my penis and it took just 1 minute and he said your psv is 20 on both sides and it should be 50. Then he said take daily Tadalafil and do shockwave therapy. He gave me a paper. At home I read it and he has written there is clear echologic changes and massive collagen deposition in corpus Covernosa. He also mentioned that I achieved almost full erection during the doppler! (I was completely flaccid). The funny part is that on the final diagnosis he has written erectile dysfunction due to non organic causes! I was shocked! Until 1 month ago I had normal intercourse without any medications!! I visited another urologist. When he saw the name of the first urologist he acted as "forget about this guy". He did a gray scale and said corpora covernosa is in tact.
I think the urologist did not obey any of the doppler protocol and the diagnosis is very contradictory! What do you think? Could the fact that I never got erection affect the psv values? Please share your ideas.

Re: Doppler result!!!!
The truth is that it does not matter what the Doppler test shows.
It can show arterial insufficiency (not enough blood entering the penis)
It can show venous leak (too much blood flowing out)
It can show a combination of the two.
It can show normal flow in and out.
The treatment is exactly the same:
Pills
VED with a constriction ring
Injections
Implants
Work your way down that list trying whatever you are willing to try.
Try Viagra, and Levitra, and Cialis, and Stendra. Try them in different strengths and single doses verses daily doses.
Try a VED with a constriction ring if you are interested (I was not)
Try shots. Try whatever versions are available to you in your country: monomix (prostaglandin, EDEX), BiMix (Papaverine & Phentolomine), TriMix (a combination of the previous two).
If none of that works then implant is the next step.
I have never heard of anyone having success with shockwave. It really only seems to benefit the person who owns the device and charges the fee.
