We're traveling in our RV. I have my Ibuprofen tablets in a bottle mixed with my allergy pills. I have my Sildenafil in a separate container.

Wy wife needs an allergy pill. Shape and size are very similar to the Sildenafil tablets. She almost chooses the Sildenafil, but does not.

What would happen if a woman swallows Sildenafil (20mg)?

not much, basically meant to increase blood flow to the penis, makes sense that it may do to the clitoris,however no evidence of this.

Flushing, stuffy nose, headache maybe.

No real issue unless she's on nitrates, I suspect.
