I believe I have a dislocated/torn suspensory ligament. I am assuming this based on what I feel, and also on the research that I've done.
I injured my penis in 2023 after taking dutasteride to treat hair loss. It caused ED and venous leak, I might have puller the suspensory ligament one night when it was in its weakened state.
My leak is mild - moderate but my ED is awful, and I'm thinking the suspensory ligament injury is causing more ED than the leak.
Symptoms include a longer slimmer flacid, broken structure at the base/lower left hand side. Penis can rotate and move around the almost like its unhinged. Erections are naturally inclined to point towards the floor.
I will likely need an implant soon but would like to try suspensory ligament surgery first to see if it helps.
Anyone here ever broke their suspensory ligament and/or had it successfully repaired with surgery?

Not had it done myself- but I understand Dr David Ralph in London Englabd is one of the best at this repair.

Psych ED since forever less problems being erect alone.
3 kids. Long term partner.
CPPS pudendal neuralgia and muscle tightness in late 2023 making ED worse.
Cialis no longer works. Sildenafil 100mg with diazepam works some of the time.

I think this happened to me.
My hard-on pointed up and couldn't be pushed down until I think I injured it.
Good luck getting help with this. Nobody will take you seriously.

You look really bad, my friend. Your problem is due to the dutasteride for hair loss, which causes venous leakage.
You'll end up like me, going to 16 urologists, and they'll all kick you out of their offices and realize you're crazy!!!
Find a psychologist or a church where they can help calm your anxiety.
Once you're calm, find a woman you like and try having sex with 100mg Viagra and a ring.
If that doesn't work, try injections or a prosthesis!!!
