Intermittent Venous leakage??

Hi every one. Can venous leakage come and go? For instance in a time period you cannot have successful intercourse without Sildenafil. Then you get less effects from small dose of Sildenafil hence, you up the dose and even on higher dose you feel that the erections are not reliable. Then all of a sudden you are able to have successful intercourse without using any pills for 2 years! Then all of a sudden you can't perform again without pills ..
Could venous leakage present itself as explained above?

Venous leak gets worse all the time. You can have sex with pills and injections. Pills may work 5-10 years. Injections after that can work for years. But venous leak will not go away.

Yes that's my point! 4 years ago I was not able to do sex at all without sildenafil 50 or 100 but, surprisingly for 2 years I had intercourse with my wife in different positions without any medication without problem! Now again I cannot get good erection. I doubt seriously a venous leak!

That is strange. I doubt it healed and then failed 2 years later. Venous leak as far as I know just continues to get worse as time passes.

Glad you posted this topic. I have dealt with this frequently over the last few years. I can go for months with "normal" erection functioning for a 57 year old (with 5mg Cialis) and then hit periods of weeks where erections are much weaker and seemingly vanish quickly. During those times, my mental outlook is poor and I tend to obsess on the issue (which makes it worse). There is certainly a mental influence, but its not the whole problem. I attribute it to stress and possibly hormone fluctuations (on test cyp).
Trust me, I wish I could figure it out. High(er) doses of Viagra and Cialis don't always help. It's hard to imagine the blood flow and venous leak changes that much week to week.
The variability of my ED is super challenging...
