Hope things are starting to feel better. When I first started with Trimix, I had a couple of instances where I had 4 hour erections. Fortunately, i did not have the pain you are talking about and no lasting issues. I understand your concern. My understanding is that a 3-1/2 hour erection should not damage the penis, so hopefully your symptoms will ease over time. However, I am not a doctor and you should probably find a new URO.
Age 68, retired in Costa Rica. ED related to relapsing remitting MS. Increasing doses of Viagra worked for 10 yrs. Been injecting trimix for last 10 yrs with >95% effectiveness. Erection 10/10 for 2 hours.
