I‘m getting testosterone injections every 10 to 12 weeks, the product is called NEBIDO.

My testicles are very small, I mean very very small. I wonder, has it got something to do with Nebido or is it age-related? When looking at my skrotum one cannot see the testicles, they are that small. One can only notice the implant pump.

Questions to the elderly men and men receiving testosterone injections: what the size of your balls? Did they get smaller after receiving testosterone injections? If no testosterone injections, did the testicles get way smaller with age? Did they became as tiny as mine?

Yes, they will get small because the Leydig cells now have nothing to do and they are absorbed. Any synthetic testosterone will have this effect. Mine are quite small also, and sometimes I get a little embarrassed at nude resorts, but my wife assures me that women don't care about testicles.

As a side note, a few months before my doctor discovered testosterone failure (see my signature), I had noticed my testicles becoming bigger! This was the feedback mechanism causing Leydig cells to multiply in an effort to bring testosterone up.

I am about your age and have been on TRT for the past year. Like you, the only apparent occupant of my nut sack is my pump. testicles hav shrunk to nothing. This is not uncommon when on testosterone.

I want to stop using NEBIDO. Mainly due to the fact that my hypertension can‘t be lowered plus the walls of my heart are thicker than normal. Hemoglobin is on the very high side, so my blood is quite thick. Because of the 'thick blood' my urologist called me some months ago, telling me if the blood won‘t get thinner, drink like a horse he said, he won‘t prescribe NEBIDO anymore. So it seems TRT is not for everyone a solution.

I have been on testosterone injections since 2018 and have not had any reduction in the size of my testicles. I use 75mg weekly of Testosterone Cypionate. I also use a bunch of supplements, but have no idea if they make the difference. Testosterone injections do not automatically cause testicle shrinkage if the correct kind and amount is administered.

I have been on test. cypionate injections even before that. I inject 1 ml every 2 weeks, or twice a month. Could be, but I haven't noticed ball size loss either. At least not noticeable.

I used to worry about it, but I don't need them anymore.
Hell, I even have retrograde ejaculations due to my TURP surgery.
That's also no big deal, but it would be nice to cum naturally.

Do you like being on T? What are your levels?

I have to take it.
When I was diagnosed with Gleason stage 6 prostate cancer, my urologist strongly suggested that I stopped the T shots and prescribed Finasteride.

I lost all libido and felt like I'd aged 5 years.

I started back on T shots and returned to normal. My wife said she thought the implant had stopped working.

I told the urologist, and he agreed along with more active surveillance.
After my TURP surgery, my PSA dropped, and my last biopsies showed no cancer cells. I realize that it's still there.

i lost 50-70% of my size. really depends on the timimng. i do try to cycle off every few wks, they come back some... but i really need the TRT for my menatl health.
