Depends on how it's mixed. Typical is 10mg per ml, which would be 10mg per 100 units on the syringe. So, if those assumptions are correct, 20 units would be 2mg. The FDA approved dosage for premenopausal women is 1.75mg. You can judge how you fit in that scale.
I'd start with 10 units and work my way up. Everybody seems to respond radically differently.
