How Do I Use PT141 As a First Time User?

Get a 100ml syringe, you will fill the vial with it. I would start around .1 on the dose, Peptides can make you feel quite ill if you use to much. I think he meant 100iu syringes. I have both 30iu and 100iu and I prefer the 30iu because 100iu is still so large that is hard to discern the gradients.

How to convert .1ml to iu's is a function of the mixed dosage. Most common is 1ml BAC to 10mg PT-141. In this case .1ml is 10 iu's which contains 1mg of PT-141. For comparison, the FDA approved version, Vyleesi, comes in an autoinjector with 1.75mg.

I've never tried M2, but my understanding is that it has more tanning effect than PT-141 with reduced libido/erection effect.

PT141 is nasty stuff. I will never try it again. I tried it 3 times and threw it away. AT any dose that does anything caused nausea for hours. Throwing up sex is not desirable. The sexual effect is totally unpredictable.Back to my trimix which is painless, predictable and sexual fun. Timix also lowers blood pressure for an extended period of time.

Appreciate the reply. I have a few questions:

1. I think you made a mistake. You said to use a 100ml syringe. That syringe is huge. Are you sure about this??

2. You said to start with around 0.1 on the dose. Where is this on the syringe?

3. Is melanotan 2 as random in boosting libido as PT141? Which is better in terms of giving you control over libido and erections?

4. Do you have to add BAC water to PT141 in order to inject it?

You pull X amount of bac water out of the bottle with a syringe and inject it into the powder pt141 bottle. You now have Y total amount of substance in X amount of water. So your actual injection depends on how much water you draw out.

PT-141 gives you control of when you want it to work. MT-2 is random.

PT-141 and MT-2 require very tiny doses to work.

My biggest complaint about PT-141 is that it is hard to predict when the erection will come. Sometimes it's in 2 hours; sometimes in 7 hours.

Get a tiny bit of discomfort - not even nausea - that goes away within an hour. Very tolerable.

Hi... Ok this is confusing. So how much bac water do I inject into the pt141 bottle? How much pt141 powder is needed for the bac water?

Going from memory, but ..... My PT-141 came dry in a 10mg quantity. I injected into that bottle 1ml of bacteriostatic water, which is 100iu. So, 10iu would give 10 doses at 1mg each. In the FDA-approved form of Vyleesi, the dose for premenopausal women is 1.75mg. The equivalent works be 17.5 iu or about 6 doses from the 10mg powder.

Just be careful with your dosing. I went .25 the last time and pucked all day. I through away my stuff, now I want to micro-dose Melanotan 2 for the tan (and the hornyness)

Depends on how many dosages you want out of the pt141.

It’s like mixing HCG. If I have 500mg of HCG, and need 10 doses, I can add 1ml of water to mix, then pull 1/10th of the syringe for each dose.

If I added 2ml of water to mix, I’d pull 1/5th of the syringe for each dose.

I can’t really help with pt141 as I don’t know how much powder you have or how to convert to mcg

You seem to be adding mg to ml to get ml. They are different measures.

Having said that, I am familiar with PT-141 and diluting/reconstituting medications.



When I bought PT-141 it was dry in the vial and was supplied with a vial of sterile water or saline. Check the volume of that vial. It might be 2ml (or cc’s. ml and cc is the same), it might be 5ml, it might be 10ml.

Draw up the entire volume of the solution and inject it into dry vial. Shake until clear.

The dose that seems to be recommended is 0.5mg-1mg. I’ve seen a range of 0.5-2mg as well but I would start low.


If the vial had 10mg of PT-141 and you added 10ml of solution the concentration is 10mg divided by 10ml which equals 1mg/ml.

If the vial had 10mg of PT-141 and you added 5ml of solution the concentration is 10mg divided by 5ml which equals 2mg/ml.

Got it? Pretty simple (but important) math.


So if the concentration of your reconstituted PT-141 was 1mg/ml and you wanted to try a 0.5mg dose you would take the dose you want (0.5mg) and divide it by the concentration (1mg/ml) which equals 0.5ml. So you would inject 0.5ml into the fatty tissue of your belly.

I’ve taken PT-141 about a dozen times. It made me slightly flush and queasy about 30 minutes later and my libido went way up.

How far up my libido went was dose dependent. At the low end of the dose my libido was high. I wanted to fuck. And a few hours later I wanted to fuck again. I was still horny and jacked off a few hours after that. On the high end of the dose my libido was sky high. So high that I was a pretty selfish lover during sex and woke up humping the bed in the middle of the night. Too high for my taste.


My erections were improved but just because I was horny as hell. PT-141 alone would not have been enough for me to be hard enough for penetration. I need a shot of Trimix for that.

I enjoyed it and would do it again, but not regularly. I’ve heard it is less effective when taken frequently but I don’t have personal experience with taking it frequently.
