I don't have any answers for you. I do know that some guys wear very wide silicone or leather rings around their scrotum to prevent the balls from rising prior to ejaculation. The theory being that if the balls can't rise the orgasm is delayed. I haven't tried it and won't as I have the opposite problem. I can't imagine that it works real well or I'd think we'd have heard more about it. But it might be worth a try.

Ejaculation is mediated by the sympathetic nervous system, so you need to find natural ways to control sympathetic activity in your penis. Oral phentolamine is an alpha blocker that may help erections and delay ejaculation.
