semen culture test results - veillonella ratti as result

hello all, as title says i had my semen analysis done and they returned with information i do have veillonella ratti found.

I couldn’t find much information about that bacteria and it’s being in semen but i found some articles about it causing infertility.

my balls are often very itchy and red especially at night.

Can this bacteria mess with erections also ?
This is my biggest concern in fact.
28 years old. some form of ED always with me entire life.

19th May 22' - doppler, 10mcg PGE1, good inflow, terrible outflow (EDV) of 15cm/s.
Currently about to visit Paris to dr Allaire seeking for further help.

Can you tell me briefly what this means? Along with the test results, I also received tables on what types of drugs I am resistant to and which ones I am sensitive to. Therefore, I suspect that it may be some antibiotics - which means that such bacteria in semen are probably not the norm. Sorry, English is not my main language and I don't understand everything in the article you sent
