I was implanted at the beginning of this year. Prior to this year I suffered long term ED (since 2012). My question is in regards to penile disuse atrophy and loss of size.
Everything I’ve researched to date indicates that atrophy impacts both length and girth. While I have lost length the girth has always remained intact. Does anyone know if atrophy impacts length and girth or one or the other? I’m trying to determine if my current length (roughly 5-5.5 inches) is related to atrophy or current weight. I have recently began a lifestyle chance (currently 5’9” and weigh 295 lbs). Has anyone experienced an increase in length due to weight loss (I understand that length isn’t really gained but more of the penis is exposed)? If so, how much did you gain?
If anyone has experienced loss due to atrophy did it impact length and width?

ED issues for the past 12 years. Viagra and Cialis proved to be ineffective. Trimix injections did not work. Implanted 01/27/23 with AMS 700 CX (24 cm).
