Anybody with experience on enclomiphene? It is supposed to be somewhat different from clomiphene.

I was really hoping my new Dr. would be more help. I don't have time to fuss with all this. She scheduled a Urology appointment. Out of town and not until Jan 12, 2024 as a new client. I was hoping she could jump start this process with testosterone lab tests and trial run with Clomid. So for 4 months my erection and sanity do not matter.

She asked if I tried daily Cialis. No, my old insurance did not cover but I said we can try again. Based on what I read here I think Daily Cialis will be good for the health of my penis if I can get morning wood. I am pretty sure I would still require the Sildenafil for actual penetration events.

Added note: Some might defend the Dr. Some might not be happy at all. I was just suprised how this can take so long. If I had kidney stones a urologist would see me. But ED it takes 4 months just for consultaion which is nothing.
My location does not help. All of the specialists are an hour away. All work for the same hospitol group. If I tried to look elsewhere it would be minimum 3 hours away and insurance may not cover.

New plan.
I am going to cancel Urology. The first thing I need to do is get off Lexapro. With SSRI's causing PSSD which can cause low T, Ed, low Libido and lessoned feelings. I emailed my Dr. and said just this change could be enough for a while. Include the Enclomiphene Citrate or Clomid whichever to get started. I don't even care what my Testosirone levels are if this can make an improvement.

Because any change can help someone.

Two weeks: lowered Lexapro dose from 10mg to 5mg. Began taking 2.5mg Daily Cialis.
1st 9 days odd feeling with Lexapro reduction, feeling okay now. A little Libido hint. Daily Cialis seems to be some nocturnal erctions and morning wood consistantly. Nothing I could go poking around with but considering it's been 5yrs since any regular erection occurance. Only trouble is, the best erections are if I stay in bed another hour and show up late for work. This morning it was so good I felt like growling, or running down the street holding it looking for something of interest. Lol.

I took Clomid for 90 days and it did raise my testosterone by 20% but it did not help my erections at all

Can Clomid cause erectile dysfunction?
Yes, Clomid can cause erectile dysfunction in some men. This is because the medication can affect the body’s hormonal balance, which can impact sexual function.
