DRUGS VERSUS HERBS, HERBS MY CHOICE, DAILY INTAKE

Postby Anonymous2 » Sun Dec 02, 2012 12:34 pm

My daily intake of herbs and a hormone from first thing in the morning,
DHEA 75 mg
Tribulus x 2 450mg
Take 1 500mg L-Arginine
First thing each morning, Cayenne pepper and equal mix of Turmeric with small spoonful of garlic added to a mix of tomato paste, Cayenne to my heat and thinned with olive oil, and take 3 small spoonfuls washed down with water, I add the garlic and parsley and mix in to the top, keep fine chopped garlic in olive oil and parsley in fridge, with Cayenne and turmeric mix.

I now wash this down with a mix of Apple Cider Vinegar and apple juice and also take L-Carnitine, x 2 and Magnesium this is for Fibromyalga, but also help ED.

Black or green tea through the day and 3 cups with grated ginger in it, I keep my ginger in the freezer and fine grate to the size of an egg, put your ginger and lemon in the microwave for 30 sec.
One day a week I have a 2 pint tea pot of green tea and ground down herbal Tribulus, and let it steep over night, drink through the day with ginger, honey and lemon.

I take 6 weeks then take a week off, its my way of cycling my supplements.

I wash down my cayenne mix with water, in this I have boric acid in it just over a 1/4 teaspoon in 3/4 litre of water daily, there a very good piece on earthclinic about boric acid and ED, and its also good for rynards disease which I have, but its been better now, what this does, it helps open your smaller veins to, this one of the things Viagra does, it allows a better blood flow.

For anybody doing herbs its all down to a mix that suits you, and this mix is mine, but could work for you.
Works well for me and now in ED recovery, get woken up in the night with nocturnal erections and get some great morning woods, the last two have not had for years, even forgot what they were, along with these do kegels daily, and getting back into some light jelqing and stretching, all this helps.
And last, do have Hardwear Ice cockring, this does give some real good boners that the wife loves.

Any help.

Good Luck

NOHARD

20.11.2012, Started, L-Arginine is something I’m just going to do a trial on, Ok I’m now in recovery but do get down days or the odd week, and this may be my missing piece of the jigsaw.
Ok I'm now into my 12th day on L-Arginine, and things are very good, had sex nearly every day, and on just 500mg a day, so I think it was the missing link.
There are some guys on here taken big amounts of l-Arginine, I think they need to relook at what there doing, could be just there blood needs some herbal treatment to get it right.
OK as time has gone on now just do the CP once a day and now with Turmeric add, I use the same amount as CP, this will give your blood a good zing around your body and with the garlic added even better for your, you will start to feel better all round, but we must get out and do some walking Brisk that in, and anything else that will keep you out of the sofa, I do love my walking, and its so nice if you have a dog that loves walking and being out side, its the fresh air works wonders for you and your body, and getting out in the sun, if you can like me do get naked as often as you can, and get that sun on you it will stack up your vitamin D.

I have fairly severe ED which even 150mg of Viagra has only a mild effect. Three years ago I had to start using a VED and constriction in order to achieve and maintain an erection. Thanks to Trimix, I can now alternate between the two. I mention this to illustrate the severity of my ED.

I still, on a daily basis, continue to take Vitiman E, Gingko Bilbao, ginseng, fish oil, a regular asperin, and zinc. Unfortunately, I am unable to achieve even a limp semi with this cocktail. However, I believe it does improve my blood circulation which is good for my overall health, including my penis. It also helps counter the effects of my elevated blood glucose (diabetic.) On non-Trimix days, I also take about 7 gr (tbsp) of l-arginine ethyl ester and tongkat ali which does allow me to generate a nice semi which I can often build into a full erection with an Osbion constriction band.

In my opinion, 500 mg of l-arginine in tablet form is going to pass through the digestive system with little being absorbed. Certainly not enough to have a noticeable effect. However, each individual reacts differently to supplements and each of us suffer different levels of ED.

Hi Warren, We meet again, Look all I know now is that I'm getting better erections moree or less at anytime I wont, ok first a warning you should not be mixing Ginko and Asperin as your thining your blood to much, have come of my low dose because of this, can cause bleeding in the brain, My neighbour if the UK was state reg nurse and ward sister, gave us that info years ago, so please whatch out for that, having Green tea with Ginger, honey and lemon is good for the blood, and would also help with erections, and if you can get hold of some herbal Tribulus even better.
Do you think your meds for your diabetes given you your worse effects, and what you taken is fighting them, did you ever try the diet if its dio 2, I had a work mate on it, worked for him.

New to site. Just started using trimix. Is it safe to mix with herbs?
