Thank you! I'm 45 and my Doppler results were 16/18 regarding venous outflow, but strong arterial inflow. Which means arteriosclerosis could be excluded.
The information available regarding venous leak is so incomplete. It seems psychologic condition / emotional state play a role too, so that a sympathetic response might impair a proper diagnosis of venous leak. I'm currently very exhausted, so I don't know what role this is playing.
Will see a different urologist in a few weeks and hope to have the Doppler repeated.
I'm hesitant getting a CT cavernosography because of the radiation exposure of CT. I'd love to have an MR cavernosography, but it seems they always use CT.
