How do you guys meet up? Anybody use sniffies?

FWIW it would be nice to see and find other men that aren't too busy to meet or show and tell. With everything going on in the world people seem a little preoccupied and stressed. Obviously I understand. I am human and not immune to what goes on around me. Still it would be nice to meet some cool dudes that are Frank talkers lol. I feel like human contact and interaction is important.

Not my cup of tea, but whatever floats yer boat. I have enough going on that I don't need or want social interactions to talk about ED. FT suffices for me. I have no interest in show & tell. That said, if I was strongly considering an implant I might would like to actually see one in real life, under the right circumstances, whatever that would be.

Everybody seems to be the same way with having enough going on and not want to do anything. I get it sometimes I feel the same way. I literally don't want to go anywhere or do anything or see anyone. FT forums are nice and it gives certain amount of dialogue about ED, but it's still not the same as actually being face to face and talking about explicit intimate details of male functions. I know from my experience in doctors offices, the conversation stays very much to the book or basic mechanical functions. Something along the lines of "I have trouble getting erection". Doctor listens and then usually recommends a PDE5. That's really all there is to it. I think patients like to know if something is normal or not, and how they compare. Doctors don't give that.

I suppose it requires log in/passwords or some kind of membership? Never used those sites, but are they more for dating?
Seems like there should be a way to connect with men next door, or down the block or somewhere closer. The pool or the gyms in the area?

On those sites, you can limit your search to only men in your town.

What helped me was:

Videos of various implant surgeries-- Perrito has a lot of these including an index
Videos of Long discussions and presentations by well known surgeons with in-depth explanations Clavell, Perrito
Videos of actual patients, not animations, using the device for attaining an erection and for deflating to flaccid state
All of those were found via FrankTalk.

Also I had an excellent urologist and surgeon locally who quickly guided me to an implant as the only solution to what I described as inability to maintain erection, worsening over the years that I thought was a venous leak. I thought I would get tests. They said no point, you can have shots but patient satisfaction for implants is basically everyone who got one. So skip the shots the expense, the pain, and the side effects and go with a true solution.

I requested implant on a Friday. A referral was required for insurance. I was approved on Monday. Right after Holidays 2022, I was operated on.

Now five weeks post op. Activation will be this week. Only slight soreness remains near the pump. I went from grower to shower overnight and left partially erect. That was new. You will probably want different underwear and a couple of jockstraps--roomy ones.

I would be happy to show and tell, but distance is always an issue. Not a problem to do it at all,
