I realize that while there may be no physical or medical need to use any aids other than your implant, I didn't want to assume that was the case for everyone, so I have a couple of questions:

Do you still inject or take pills, use VED or cock rings, or any other erectile assistance? When and why?

Do you wait for arousal before pumping or just get right to it? Does the act of pumping create arousal once you are hard?

Curious about the non-obvious impacts of being implanted as I will soon be joining the brotherhood.

I don't use any erectile assistance other than inflating my implant. Injections are a no no with an implant. Some guys will use a VED to gain size back after implant surgery.
I will say both, I'll pump up after wife and I get frisky most times.
If I inflate to masturbate feeling my erection gets me aroused.

To aid with glans and shaft spongiosum engorgement, I take 20mg of Sildenafil daily and sometimes wear a cock ring and take another 60mg before a sex session or party. Makes a big difference for me.

To add an answer to your question, I have experimented with different methods/substances to engorge my glans for sex. Those include rings, Trimix Gel, Daily Cialis, 40 mg of Vardenafil, Miso, and Nitro Bid. I have narrowed those down to Daily Cialis and Gel or Vardenafil (not sure yet which one of those two are most effective). I stopped using rings because they seem to dull sensation. An engorged glans is key to my ability to orgasm and is of greater sensation for my wife.
