I'm 38 and I started to experienced issues when I was 30, before this I had no issues. I believe around that time I've became more addicted to porn, which may have caused my problem. Since then, instead of quitting porn, I simply started using boner pills. At first, cialis, but eventually moved to Viagra. They've been working fine all these years, but lately I've noticed the efficacy has been reduced. I wonder if my porn addiction is catching up to me.

Last time, I had sex with a lady I've been before, I had difficulty getting hard, is like I wasn't aroused at all, eventually did somewhat, we had sex but my erection was weak

The problem is that I took the pill before she told she was running later, so basically we had sex 2 hours after I took the pill and I didn't bring more. Maybe this lowered the potency

but 2 hours later after I got home and tested with porn, I got super hard so much it was painful, then 2 hours later I tested again and got very hard too, eventually viagra effect wore off.

I don't know if is from porn or peformance anxiety, or both, but I didn't have issues with this woman before and we've had sex like ten times in the past.

The fact that I had no problem getting aroused and hard with porn tells me my arousal is messed up and is probably porn addiction, not so much anxiety

Either way, I'm thinking of going to a urologist to get an ultrasound just to check if I don't have a venous leak or something

I got ct scan once of my torso and it revealed I have an slightly enlarged prostate, which is probably prostatitis. I also have spider veins on my ankles since teen, could this be a sign of venous issues?

It sounds like you already know the porn is making real life sex encounters boring. Apparently the porn is more varied or wild and thats why you like it. Then when you do the real thing it is different. I don't think there is anything wrong with your veins. I'm 39 and have small visible veins below my ankles, and they have been there for years.

Thanks for response. Yes, based on my experience it seems is related to porn. That day I wasn't any more anxious than previous occasions tbh

I was a referring to the red spider veins on the ankles, is that what you have? They're hard to see tho

I still want to get an ultrasound. I also wonder if I have varicocele. I need to rule out any physical reason.

2 years ago I got a calcium coronary scan and my score was zero, so I suppose my blood flow is good. I also had stress test done and I passed.

My blood pressure is fine. Last time my testosterone was 485ng, not great but still normal. I'm going to do more tests now, testosterone again, cholesterol, etc.

But the fact that I'm able to get hard with porn pretty much rules out any physical cause
