Penis very hard

My penis is very hard when erect, with morning erection until it hurts is so hard
It doesn't want to fully expand and fill with blood
Is it peyroni disease or tight pelvic floor muscles?
I also have a problem with ejaculation because the penis and muscles are very stiff

Not sure I follow what you mean. You say it is very hard, but you also said it doesn't expand. How can it be both?

If your penis is very hard, I would think that means you are erect. Can you post photos here?

It is stiff on the sides and flat, but the spongy body is soft

Sounds like pelvic floor issues. Find a physical therapist at www.pelvicrehab.com
It is totally fixable!

Is that not normal? The underside is more spongy I think and the sides more rigid because that is where the two main chambers are that fill with your blood
