Dry orgasms

Postby 1day2Bbionic » Sat Nov 05, 2022 5:50 pm

Im 51 and over the last couple of months I have been producing less and less ejaculate. I am starting to have slight prostate problems while peeing but only once in a while. I also have been on daily cialis for 14 months. I can orgasm fairly easy just am not producing much any more and I use to have quite a bit. Any thoughts or suggestions?

This has discussed here before so try doing a search, I was like you also and was slowly losing quantity of cum. After my prostate was removed for cancer treatment I have zero amount and at first missed the feeling of the spurts through my penis but now have orgasms that are very intense and last way longer. It does take me a lot longer to get there but my wife does not complain. LOL :D

I think a lot of it has to do with aging in many men. I have BPH and on meds but don't think that was much of an effect. Use to have very good orgasms but over the years ejaculations became less and less until sometime only a drip. Now mostly retrograde and kind of difficult to get due to Anorgasmia - lack of sensitivity. I'm still happy to get whatever I can....

I take a drug for my enlarged prostate. The generic for Rapiflow. I have a normal feeling orgasm but have no semen. My Dr. Said the drug relaxes everything down there. The semen takes the easiest path back into the bladder. Not an issue for me. Less mess. Lol! I am 71. Have the cx 700 implant. Had it for 1.5 yrs. Love it.

I'm taking alfuzosin (generic for FlowMax) urologist said I would have orgasms but no semen. The orgasms now last longer - which I find very good

Over the years my output has decreased slowly, to the point that now it's maybe a few drops. Orgasms still feel the same, like there is more coming out than actually does.
I first noticed a decrease a couple years after my vasectomy. Not sure if that has any bearing on it.
However, I don't really mind having less ejaculate. Less clean-up. The days of having a huge mess and wet sheets are over.

I've often wondered how much the pleasurable sensation is affected by the amount of ejaculate. Measuring such a subjective feeling seems impossible. Anecdotally, I recall as a teenager shooting 12 to 18 inches with decent volume. I'm my mind, it seemed more pleasurable than my current shot which is best characterized was an "oozing". It still feels good but it's not comparable to my younger days. An old man's lament.
