PT-141 questions

47 year man from Canada. Have been managing my ED with daily 20mg Cialis and a ring without vaccum punp( just received the OSborne pump) will try next time to put the ring on after using the pump. Basically, I can make it work usually with my current regimen but looking to try something better .

Just came across pt 141 combination with Cialis in one of the posts here.
Does anyone know if its legally available in Canada and any studies, risks, results.

i don't think you can have a good effect with 20 mg a day of cialis, explain how long have you been taking it and what kind of effect are you having? day, and then the cialis is not indicated to take it 20 mg per day but 5 mg per day

5 mg/day is just the lowest dose. Higher daily doses are prescribed.

but not 20 mg, 20 mg are as needed, at least in Italy it is so

Pt-141 increases libido. If you have a physical problem it will provide increased desire, but no help satisfying your desire.

Several years ago I tried it with the above results. It also gave me a weird feeling which pulsed through my body for about30 minutes.

PT141 is claimed to help significantly for ED of different kinds, psychogenic or even supposedly organic problems with arteries/veins (see studies online) but the mechanism of action and possible risks are largely unknown. Clinical trials for ED were stopped for reasons that are not entirely clear. If you read user experiences on reddit they are mixed. Many report strong erections but at unpredictable times and also feeling ill from it, or they report painful sleep erections that won't go down easily, so it seems like a mixed bag.

I think you can dial in the right dose of PT-141. I believe it can help erections on its own, based on my experience. However, most of my experience is PT-141 4-6 hours before taking tadalafil. Note that I don't always do PT-141, even if I use tadalafil.

There is a nasal spray but most say it has 0 effect. Subcutaneous is the way to go

I noticed a few new freckles, but it doesn't cause tanning like melanotan, it's designed not to have that effect
