I’ve used PT141 a few times.

Subcutaneous injection.

The first thing I notice about 30-45 minutes later is a feeling of flushing, and feeling very slightly unwell. Sick is too strong a word. Just not feeling my best.

But my libido gets a boost from it after about an hour. The duration and intensity is dose dependent. My erections are improved with it but it wouldn’t be enough of an improvement for me to feel confident about penetrating sex without any other meds. I definitely feel much hornier. I continue to have nocturnal erections the night after taking a dose and wake with morning wood. That is a big change over my norm which is few nocturnal erections or morning wood.

The first few times I used it I tried different dosage levels. The syringes came from my urologist prefilled and they just described them as small, medium, and large. They didn’t tell me the exact dose (mg, or mcg). The high dose made me so horny I was selfish sexually, didn’t pay much attention to my partner. It was almost too intense. After we were done with sex I masturbated 5 or 6 more times during the next 18 hours. I woke up in the middle of the night grinding into the mattress. It was a bit much.

But the low and medium dose were better.

Since then I bought my PT141 from an online pharmacy. A 20mg vial. I don’t remember the price. Since then I’ve used 2mg at a time. (1mg, 2mg, and 4mg subcutaneous injection were the doses I found in literature). 2mg makes me horny. Improves my erection and I’ll want to have an orgasm 3 times in the next 18 hours. That seems more than enough.

I haven’t noticed any tanning or other side effects other than what I mentioned above about the flushing and feeling a little off. That feeling passes in about an hour as the horny feeling kicks in.

I don’t use it often, maybe once every month or two. I have no idea what the long term effects of using it frequently might be.

No, I haven’t noticed that. I used it Sunday night. Got erections without any assistance, firm enough for masturbation twice, and a Trimix erection for sex once since then.

is it available as injection only ?

There is a nasal spray but most say it has 0 effect. Subcutaneous is the way to go

Does PT-141 also cause skin tanning?

I noticed a few new freckles, but it doesn't cause tanning like melanotan, it's designed not to have that effect

Me neither. The only thing i have noticed (but could be coincidence), is that when I use it more than once a week, it doesn't work as good.

PT 141 was originally used as a possible skin darkening agent for contractors being sent to work on projects close to the equator. Although it showed success for this use, the subjects of the trials also reported increased libedo.

In June, 2019, a form of PT 141 was approved by the FDA for increasing sexual desire in women; however, current research has not yet caught up to its use in men.
