Since the patents expired, off-brand generic sildenafil (instead of viagra) and tadalafil (instead of cialis) and vardenafil (instead of levitra) are what they usually give you now in U.S. pharmacies. They are made by all kinds of companies you've never heard of.
Has anybody else noticed the generics not working, where the original brand worked?

Re: Off-brand PDE inhibitors
Yes exactly. I was using one pharmacy for my 5mg tadalafil because they were a little cheaper and faster at filling than Kroger. From time to time, they would switch suppliers or something and that would mean my tadalafil would be a different brand. From one brand to another, I felt I would get more of a headache as side effect.
Cipla tadalafil wasn't too bad. I don't remember the other brand tadalafil that I received. I once had some 20mg sildenafil and I believe it was TEVA brand. It seemed to work as it should.
