I wonder how you gauge whether it is the Cabergoline that helps, or not?
68yo. Diabetes & hypertension drugs but none that are infamous for ED causation. Increasing ED compounded by frequent anorgasmia. Viagra for 2 years. Cabergoline experimentation inconclusive. New to pumping (Encore). Supportive (to a limit) wife.

I was circumcised at birth, never had an issue with sensitivity, ever! I was always oversensitive, to the point of PE, until just over 18 months ago, figure it's possibly age-related along with my ED that started slowly in the Fall of 2019. Cialis and Viagra cause delayed orgasm (PE solved :D ), but hate the stuffy nose!

All tests done came back good, lift weights 4x week, ride bike around 50 miles per week. I have (treated) hypothyroidism with Hashimoto's disease which may attribute to my ED, thyroid trouble started around the same time. I take Singulair for allergies, but have only taken it for around one year, and take a minimal dose of 20mg. Pantoprozole every-other day for acid reflux. Last free-T workup came in at 445.
Retired 65 y.o. Married. Moderate ED since 2019. Use constriction band ocassionately to help maintain erection, or Cialis/Viagra. Nocturnal/morning erections returning with VED usage. Lower libido than before.

Let them decide later if they want to circumcise

Amen brother! It's brutal and abuse to prey upon a defenseless baby boy and permanently alter his sex organs.
I didn't get to decide. Apparently my parents thought they needed to make that decision for me. I find it odd, since my family don't have any particular cultural, ethnic or religious reasons to be doing that to our boys. It makes me sad to know that the decision to cut away a portion of my penis was likely based on inaccurate or false reasons. I think my father thinks it is cleaner. I don't think I would have the problems that I do today if I had been left alone and not mutilated.
