Topical treatments

I wasn't sure where to post this. I was wondering if you guys have tried or looked into some of the topical treatments for ed. I've read things about minoxidil, nitroglycerin creams or even patches. I've also read that there are some topical PGE (prostaglandins). Then there's DHT cream and even cbd as possible topical solution.
I don't know if any of these have made it or if they were only tests or experiments.
