CBD oils, delta-8 etc....

I was going to start a post about this, but will just add my experience to this one.
Me: 39, AA, Diabetes type II, ED since I was 29. Tried pills, no luck, but Trimix works.
Tried Delta 8, which for me is a body high,
Delta 9 and 10 (hemp), don't like they way it makes me feel. Feel annoyed and irritated, whether it is flower or edibles.
THC-O, P, this is more of a head high and I just want to have sex and I am able to get an erections while taking these two cannabinoids.
THC-V, same thing like D9, 10, feel very annoyed
HHC, HHC-O. HHC-P, more of a body high and I am able to get an erection from this, as well.
Delta 9(marijuana flower), to me is the best high/feeling, depending on the strain and if it is a sativa/indica. I am able to get an erection while consuming this as well. Very sexually around.
Haven't tried other cannabinoids like THC-H, A, etc. but will in the future.

I am wondering, what is it that is allowing me to get an erection when consuming different cannabinoids, versus taking doctor Rx'd meds
Thoughts and ideas wanted.
If you all do consume any of these items, please do not drive and be in a safe environment. What CBD, etc does to one, might be different with someone else.

Your story and experiences give me hope because it shows you had some good experiences with the cannabinoids and ed related issues. I would like to have a similar experience, but lately every time I eat a gummie nothing happens. My first time was relaxing and I enjoyed it and laughed. Lately I'm not getting anywhere.

When it goes to gummies, I would just add half of another gummies until it gets you a desired high. Better to increase a little, than taking too much.
I find that 50mg is my threshold when it comes consuming a gummie with only one cannabinoid.
I have a combo gummie that has D8, THC-O and HHC all in one and 35mg was too much for me. Of course different body types will give you different results.
Me, I am 227lbs. I have a friend who is nearly 300lbs that tried the same combo gummie and it barely felt anything.

For gummies try: "moon wlkr", galaxy treats, URB, just to name a few
But I was highly suggest trying a disposable like THC-P by a company called Dank-Lite, can't go wrong with that. That way you can gauge how much you intake and don't over do it. Just make sure to inhale. LOL

I begin to think it is a scam and money hook for the american people. Every store sells a different brand, and they all recommend them. The sales practices seem a little shady too because they don't have the prices marked. I have to ask how much is this, how much is that? Needless to say I'm giving up the gummies for awhile because it is fast becoming an expensive candy. That's all I'm getting out of it. Can't see it doing anything. Very disappointed with the outcome. I thought I was trying something that would help. An alternative therapy

We tried some this week, THC/CBD 1:1 combo.
Me 6mg, wife 4 mg. Barely felt anything after 2 hrs we both fall asleep.
Woke up with a big headache. Like other have said they might be expensive candies.
Will test the THC only next week.

A couple of months ago I took a delta-8 gummy. My reaction mirrored many people taking edibles. The "high" took hours to take effect and lasted much longer than expected. My suspicions are that Delta-8 THC is indeed half as potent as Delta-9(regular) THC. Of course if the manufacturer then adds twice as much Delta-8 ???.

My experience was NOT the "pleasant, mild, soporific, effect advertised on the package. It was a full blown, wasted experience best described as baked. Next time, if there is a next time, I will try 1/2 a gummy.

Just my experience, but if you want the high that D8 provides, it needs to be smoked. By now i have tried gummies, cookies, brownies and the various syrups and smoking it gives me an almost on demand high after a few minutes. Normal plain CBD products dont do anything for us as we tried those first. For me and the wife D8 is almost like spanish fly. Lol. Have not tried the D9 or 10 but have tried multiple D8 flower strains and we like the Indica rather than sativa. Once it hits it’s just a great all over body high that enhances every feeling that i share with my wife. For us its a pretty mind blowing experience.

What time of day do you recommend a newbie or someone just getting started exploring cannabinoids to do edibles? I have never smoked or vaped anything, so I have no knowledge of that at all.
