Pelvic floor pain or something else?

This is my first post here. Lurking for some days. 3 days ago i was masturbating, edged for 5 minutes and stopped. Had something to do then after some minutes continued. I tried to play with my flaccid penis and i flipped it to the right side, then tried to flip it to the left and i felt a slight discomfort in the left side of my penis base, down my hip and in my abdomen. Applied ice and rested it. I still get a weird discomfort after morning wood and spontaneous erections. Should i check it out further or let it heal?
