Not to sound like a jackass but you're single and broke at 41? Are you serious? You have no life, no job, no money and claiming you're "too old to start building a life". You shouldn't be worried about a sex life when the rest of your life is a mess.

Have you tried Viagra, or injections?
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

Then go for it dude. Get the best implant surgeon you can and just get it done.

You know a functioning penis does NOT define who you are as a man.

1. Try to get health insurance that will cover an implant.
2. Get a job and start saving
3. Get creative - maybe try gofundme and post it all over the internet explaining your situation, how ED has ruined your life, led you to this place, and the only hope is a surgery that you can't afford.
4. Date an asexual woman who wants companionship but isn't interested in sex.
5. Become an male escort for men who exclusively bottoms and sucks. Save money, get implant.
6. Get therapy. I'd do this no matter what. Depending on where you live, you might need insurace first.
Just some options.

44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.

You have not mentioned what is the reason for your ED and what is your current penile length.
I ( 29 M) took Spironolactone 400 mg to treat my hair loss. As a result, the penis shrunk from 6” to 4”. with Severe erectile dysfunction. Looking into the penile implant with Sliding Technique.

ED has been life-long. Had just a handful of decent erections in my entire life. I was WAY harshly circumcised, removing an excess amount of skin. Think that fucked me up.

You mention you have a huge "fatpad" are you overweight and unfit?
Age 57, ED issues for 15-20 years. Testosterone replacement with Enanthate and Ovidrel. Currently using generic Tadalafil 2.5mgs and Resveratrol daily.
