Tri-Mix Gel - Nitro Bid Question

For those of you who use tri-mix gel or nitro-bid gel, do you have to wear a condom for oral or vaginal sex?
68, married 49 years. Robotic Prostatectomy with 50% of nerves spared 8/21. Cancer returned 4/22. 38 Radiation treatments. Cancer returned 3/23 and began ADT Treatment. Coloplast Titan implant 20cm + 2cm with Dr. Paul Perito 10/22.

I use Tri-mix gel but do not use a condom for vaginal sex. My Urologist never gave me instructions to use a condom. Unfortunately, I don't have oral sex.
RP 1998; removed cancer but left with complete ED; penile implant 2011; 6" penis; continuing to have good sex until my wife died 10/1/22. Trying to learn to live alone after 65 years of a good marriage.

Why would you use a condom other than protection from pregnancy or STDs.

I too have frequently given oral sex to my wife.
Unfortunate she hasn't offered oral sex in over ten years. She recently told me it was due to my ED. :o
Since starting Trimix a month ago I'm hopeful that may change.
Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Started using Trimix in May 2022 with very good results.

I didn't know if the chemicals in trimix gel or nitro gel have a had taste that would impact oral sex or if they have any harmful effects on women.

Sorry I missed the gel part. I have not used the gel.

Are you using trimix gel? How is it working for you?
