Does anyone have any experience with this?
I have a low libido mixed with no nocturnal/morning erections and whilst the shaft can get hard, the underside and glans of the penis do not.
I'm only 29 but I'm ready to just give up.

I really have no idea what's going on with you. You certainly need to see someone that specializes in sexual health medicine. If I take a wild guess I'm going to suggest you investigate treatment for CPPS (Chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS)) or hard flaccid. Try contacting the site administrator. He seems knowledgeable on the topic.
