Daily cialis 5mg

Postby Gavalar09 » Wed Feb 23, 2022 8:29 am

Should 5mg daily cialis work immediately?

The pack says it usually takes 5 days to build up in your system?

I haven't tried the 5 mg, but 20 mg takes 16-36 hours for me to kick in. After it kicks in, I am good to go for the next 3-4 days, so I do not have to take it daily. That's what I do, but timing is insane!

Wow, that's great!
Have you not tried 10mg?
How old are you out of interest?

I haven't tried 10 mg either. I just started with 20 mg because sildenafil stopped working the same way it did years ago. Nowadays, I try sildenafil time to time and it looks like it also works but not as effective as cialis. I am 37 years old.

What age did your ED start if you don't mind me asking?

How long did it take for Sildenafil to stop working.

At only 29 I feel like I'm living in a nightmare!

Well, honestly I have never thought that I really had ED. My sildenafil usage started just because of the performance anxiety. I started using it as a booster because sildenafil made me stay hard longer. I thought that's what I had first. After a while, I have realized that my anxiety level went crazy and I was not really able to stay hard enough to do what I wanted to do. This happened around 34ish. The effectiveness has diminished slowly. That's why I started using cialis 20 mg not to have any questions about it. At the beginning, I thought cialis did not work either but the next day I realized that I found another great booster for me. As I told you earlier, the timing is very tricky, but it works for me and my wife.

I know how ED makes you feel, but continue trying other options with your doctor's approval. I sometimes feel very nervous about the fact that cialis would become like sildenafil for me soon, but life goes on... I have no intention of using injections or never ever thought of getting an implant.... so fingers crossed!

The pack says it usually takes 5 days to build up in your system?

"A steady state of tadalafil is reached after 5 days of daily administration, with a plasma concentration that is roughly 1.6 times higher than that of a single dose."
Married 50+ years. Use VED for sex and do
daily exercises with both water and vacuum pumps.

So it can take affect from day one but best results happen at day 5 basically?

Not doubting you but you are an anomaly! That is like the complete opposite of how the drug (20mg cialis / tadalafil) is supposed to work. It's supposed to kick in within an hour, peak effectiveness for maybe 8 and then it tails off over 24-36 hours. And indeed that's how it works for me.

Daily 5mg takes a few days to kick in. If your goal is to have it "always on" but need to use right away, you could taper it, starting with 20mg on day one and then either go 4 days with 20 and then dial back to 5 or get fancy with a 20/15/10/5 or some such. I suppose 5mg could work right away if you have mild ED in the same way that some people only need a basic 20mg (not 100mg+) of viagara.
ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.

i tried the 5mgs daily for two months. still had to take a 20mg or 100mg viagra to have sex. so it was a fail for me. once i stopped for a few weeks and then used a 20mg or 100mg viagra after not having any of it in my system worked better until now unfortunately they only work less than 50% of the time. now on trimix and loving it for now but i also just started.
50+ yrs old. married 25+ years. hypothyroid, on TRT. 10+ years ED, viagra, cialis now 50% ineffective. now on trimix 2MG phentolamine/30MG papaverine/20MCG alprostadil
