Sensitivity with injection
I have been using trimix since Oct. 2021. Very successful in getting a good lasting erection. However after orgasm my penis is extremely sensitive and I can't continue sex. It is also very difficult moving around with clothes on until it gets flaccid. Comments/suggestions.

It’s interesting that the injection makes you more sensitive after orgasm.
So that did not happen prior to using injection, the hyper sensitivity?
know that my glans would be hyper sensitive immediately post orgasm but only briefly. Luckily, before I developed ED, I would stay hard after orgasm, I guess kind of like we do now chemically! But just a brief time was I hyper sensitive.
I actually like staying semi hard for the extended period of time because of the Trimix.

Diagnosed venous leak. Going with injections rather than implant for the time being.

R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Nerve sparing - damaged. C in margin. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ ~ 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE-1 - cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.
