Yip understand what you are saying she is already using prescription cream for that, it does not do anything for arousal.
Dont know after all these years of anything will work, but will keep looking.

Thank you. :)

Beyond hormone replacement therapy and creams mentioned thus far, don't forget PT-141/bremelanotide is already approved as a libido drug for women (as Vyleesi). https://www.vyleesi.com/

And the best (only?) injection demo video for PT-141 on YouTube is done by a woman, not a man. So subcutaneously-injected PT-141 can be for women too.
ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.

Thanks for the imput. Really dont want her to go the injection route. Looking maybe for a miracle drug, at least that's what it seems like. Possibley some others will provide some information.
Thanks :)

I once tried the famous Scream Cream for female sexual dysfunction: in theory it should work for men too but it did nothing for me.

I'm still waiting for Futura's new Eroxon gel, hopefully it's not a scam.

I understand! The nasal spray Vyleesi is more expensive (I think?) vs injection but it’s not an injection but certainly easy to use.

Excellent post and question.
One forum participant uses a “female warming / arousal gel” on himself for his anorgasmia (which I sometimes experience) from Promescence in Las Vegas I believe.
I ordered it and have planned to first test it on myself, which I have w/o much effect, then suggest it to my wife if it did much. My wife and I are in our mid seventies and are at 2 different ends of the libido scale. She accommodates but w/o the satisfaction of giving her all that much pleasure it is a source of frustration. It was that long ago that I could give her three vaginally penetrative climaxes.
My urologist thinks sexual therapy would be good. My wife……not so much.
Would someone out there please bring on a miracle? THANKS in advance. :D
P.S Thanks guys for a lot of good info these past couple of years.

I'm 77 and my wife is 75, we have a very satisfying love life with 55 years of practice. The only aid we use is a silcone based lube (Platinum) which we both really like, it doesn't dry out or get sticky and it is also tasteless. We think it is the closest we have found to natural lubrication.

What I have noticed and I believe it is true, at least in our case, the more we get the more we want. I also don't think it hurts to do everything you can to make your spouse's life better, then it seems like she is more into "taking care of me", and she knows what I appreciate more than anything, she takes great pleasure in "thanking me." She always gets the big O at least twice, once by hand and once inside.
Used Viagra & Cialis until lost vision in one eye due to AION, therefore can never use pills again, then tri-mix 1 1/2 years until unreliable. Implanted 9/20/22 at 77 years old by Dr. Yafi, UC Irvine. Married 55 years wife 76. 20cm Coloplast Titan.

Thank you Sir for the reply, and congratulations on 55 years with your bride.
As I have mentioned before, the wife was never really to much interested in sex, she did enjoy more so in her forties.
Pretty much went along just to accommodate me, later on. Hit and miss on her Big. O. Trying to find the way for her to get more enjoyable results without all the frustration, and failure.

Again thank you.!
