Venous leak or bad muscle work?

So I did doppler test. My uro injected papaverine. He found venous leak (19.1 cm/sec), but after half an hour I reached erection and it has lasted for 3 hours, so my doctor had to call me back and inject adrelanine.
His hypothesis is that my problem is neurogenic, more specifically he said that there may be muscle spasm or bad muscle innervation. What dou you think? Has anybody faced similar picture?
