Drink enough water.
I think making sure you get sufficient zinc is supposed to help.
Growing about 20 years younger would help.
In my case growing a new prostate would help.

Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.

Semen volume has been a problem for me since I started taking anti androgens for hair loss (first Proscar, now Avodart). Age may be playing a role, too (I'm 45 y.o. and not getting any younger).
Age 40. Psychogenic ED for over 20 years. Current regimen: Udenafil 200 mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.
