is there way to increase semen volume
born 53 ,married in 73 have had ED issues for 20 yr ,high blood pressure.diabetes , implanted 11 /6/18 with Coloplast Titan 20cm,2cm rte

I now have retrograde ejaculation. I'm glad our child creating years are past.
86 years
Inject testosterone weekly.
Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.

Semen volume has been a problem for me since I started taking anti androgens for hair loss (first Proscar, now Avodart). Age may be playing a role, too (I'm 45 y.o. and not getting any younger).
Age 40. Psychogenic ED for over 20 years. Current regimen: Udenafil 200 mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.
