If Viagra works for me, does that mean there is no physical problem?

Anything goes when it comes to ED.

Maybe you just need more exercise or change in diet?

By change in diet, what do you mean mate ?
Is there a diet that promotes erections/libido ?

I was just thinking the obvious things. Like less fat, less sugar or maybe less beer. Eating lots of vegetables and fruits. Watermelon is supposed to be good, and I've heard things about nuts, and beets are good.

Viagra can work and you can still have a venous leak problem.

I had a venous leak problem on one side and Viagra worked for me, just not like when I was %100 healthy.
