Penile enlargement: the truth

Urologist Dr. Stefan Buntrock on penile enlargement:

I would love to have a bigger penis but the technology doesn't exist yet. The risks are too great and results are not guaranteed.

There's a forum online (I will not advertise it) that is all about enlargement surgery. I found it when looking into penile implants. I would say that, but it's true I swear :lol:

Anyway, the only section that was heavily populated was the 'complications and injuries section'.

The site administrator (who is paid by the so called Dr's to advertise their services.... I'm sure that made him honest...) took down that subforum, because it so deterred people from pursuing surgery.

I managed to read some of the journals before it was taken down. It was horrific.
The poor bastards that went under the knife almost always ended up in trouble, having things removed, losing skin, developing Ed, chronic pain, allergic reactions, disfigurement.... The list went on.

It was grotesque, sad, horrifying. How those crooks can live with themselves. Many were suicidal.

When you read the forum now, it's all heavily censored, manipulated, fabricated. All the negative accounts (90% I estimate) have magically disappeared. If they shut it down they would save a lot of suffering.
I don't want to get into an argument, to each their own when it comes to cosmetic surgery, but some of the things I read in there haunt me.

Stay away.

I bet that site was REALSELF. That site is a crime - only allowing good reviews of life endangering procedures.
44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.

It wasn't that one, I haven't heard of it.
I hoped there was only one! :cry:

They are a crime, that's exactly the way to put it.

Thank you for your replies, guys.

Even the Peyronie's procedures done by the best doctors in the world require a long, painful recovery period. I can only imagine what these butchers will do to you. I guess that shame will silence most of these VICTIMS.

Excellent video.
Penis enlargement practices are not good. I posted recently suggesting that over time they may be causing inflammation in the erectile tissues, which in turn increases oxidative stress which sets of processes that lead to damage in the endothelium and ultimately loss of smooth muscle. The process of collagen deposition occurs, which is not what you want in the penis! Also, injury to the penis may set of pelvic floor problems. Muscles in the area that can go into a constant state of spasm. The result being loss of sensation, possible pain and compromised blood flow to the penis.

Penile length enlargement is extremely dangerous yes, but girth can be very safely enhanced using injectable filler
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

Using a traction device has been proven safe and effective: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o6PF8ifRUt8
For a gain of 1 inch or so they are incredible. I got Peyronie's and ended up with a longer penis than before.

Plenty of studies on this. It works, no need to be ignorant about it.

I would wear mine device for about 6-8hrs / day for many months. Low tension but for a long time.
Born 1986. ED. Peyronie's.
Considering an Implant. Consulting with Dr. Eid.
Using Cialis 10mg/day + 20mg for sex. Injections of PGE-1.

This is the message I got from Savaperovic about penile lengthening;

Thank you for your interest in the procedures provided by the Sava Perovic Surgical Team led by Dr Rados Djinovic (RAH-DAWSH JIN-O-VICH).

Serbia is open. Surgeries are ongoing.

Almost all surgeons worldwide cause their patients to lose a substantial amount of penile girth and length when they get a penile prosthesis -- 1 to 4 inches. And you have already lost two inches so you are wise to be cautious about how you move forward.

Dr Djinovic can usually restore a patient's original penile girth and length when he was in good sexual health and didn't need a prosthesis.

In cases that are not complicated by scarring, men can have Dr Djinovic increase penis length 1.5 inches or increase penile girth 1.5 inches or both -- Package A. (referred to as Perovic "real penile lengthening" in the medical journals)

You understand correctly that the longer you leave your penis in shortened state and rarely or never in full erection, the more likely a shortened penis will become permanent and irreversible to some extent or to a great extent. Using a vaccuum device until you get the implant surgery is probably a good idea.

Dr Djinovic says:

"I cannot schedule the surgery according to a person's wish. Patients need to send to us:
photos in erection;
a medical report about
a) erection; and
b) the duration of the disease or problem; as well as
c) any other problems."
This information will establish that you are a suitable candidate for the surgery. It will also enable Dr Djinovic to evaluate the size gains that would be reasonably expected.

"Package A” [MALE ENHANCEMENT - LENGTH AND SIZE] RD#f4
INFLATABLE penile prosthesis implant
CIRCULAR grafting for penis ELONGATION (2-3 cm | 1.2" max)
LONGITUDINAL grafting for penis ENLARGEMENT (2-3 cm in circumference | 1.2" max)
grafting material cost INCLUDED
INFLATABLE penile implant cost NOT included in surgical fee and is SEPARATE charge
4 hours of surgery
2 nights in hospital
3-4 days in Belgrade
Surgical Fee: Euros 12000 (depends on details of case) +
Inflatable Penile Prosthesis AMS 700 @ Euros 6000 =
Total: Euros 18000

"Package A+” -- ligamentolysis also done, no additional charge

Our most recent patient from the USA who got Package A said:

"Best thing that I have done for myself so far in this life."

Fairness and full-disclosure makes it standard procedure to report theoretically possible complications from implant surgery.

But in the real-world results of Dr Djinovic, the complication rate is in the low single-digits (about 4%) and most of those resolve themselves without intervention. Rarely are there any serious complications. And when I say "rarely", that means I am not aware of any cases in the past 15 years.

Of course, you identified and specified the key point: "... safe in your hands".

It would be difficult to find anywhere a more skilled, more experienced, more gifted and better trained surgeon than Dr Djinovic. Diabetic or not diabetic is not an obstacle for him.

The Coloplast Titan OTR is available and compares favorably with the AMS LGX. They cost the same but the Coloplast implant provides an unconditional lifetime guarantee of it's product that is vastly superior and more customer friendly than the one from AMS. You have a choice.

Many questions about implants have already been answered by the surgeons on this page of our web site on that topic:

http://www.penile-implant-surgery.com/faq.html

The cost of surgery is always a flat-fee package price that includes everything medically relevant. Costs not included are the patient's hotel, airfare, extra food not provided by the hospital, and any activities not related to the surgery.

If you decide to move forward:

• 1) submit your medical history. I have attached a text file version of the medical history form.
• 2) send digital photos of your penis from left, right, center, above and below in erect and flaccid states.

 If you cannot have an erection at all, the penis can be stretched to the approximate erect length before you developed current problems. Guidance for sending the photos are found here:

https://www.savaperovic.com/urologic-ph ... aging.html

• 3) send the doctor precise measurements of your penis length erect and flaccid.

• 4) if you are required to have a visa to visit Belgrade, Dr Djinovic can issue you an invitation letter for the Serbian Embassy where you apply for the visa. If you do need a visa, apply ONLY when you have your invitation letter from the hospital. A visa application will take immigration at least one month to process. Visa applicants MUST have a letter of invitation from the doctor or hospital to support their visa application or it will certainly be denied.

• 5) propose when you would prefer to have your surgery performed (if you have some idea, can accept the cost, and are likely to move forward –– an appointment is not an obligation).

Patients must arrive in Belgrade at least one day before an appointment for surgery for a pre-operative consultation and physical exam with Dr Djinovic.

Patients are picked up at the airport by the Foundation's driver if we are notified with the full details of the person's arrival flight details and that the person chooses this optional service.

There are no advance payments or down payments. Patients pay their fee in Euros cash directly to Dr Djinovic in Belgrade when they go for surgery:
• after they have had their pre-op consultation;
• after they have had their physical exam;
• after they have made the decision to move forward;
• after they have signed the Informed Consent Form;
• before they have their blood tests, if they didn't bring recent results with them; and
• before surgery.

Patients pay their fee in Euros cash directly to Dr Djinovic in Belgrade. No need for a down payment or advance payment.

Pre-arrival tests are required of all patients 4-7 days before coming to Belgrade to document that the patient is physically fit to get surgery:

I ( 29 M) took Spironolactone 400 mg to treat my hair loss. As a result, the penis shrunk from 6” to 4”. with Severe erectile dysfunction. Looking into the penile implant with Sliding Technique.
