Hello. I would like to know if anyone out there that is not well endowed (4.5 inches erect or less) has ever used the xialla cock ring? If so, how did it work for you. A photo of you wearing it or if you know of an actual real video showing how it is used would be helpful.

Phil, 75, married 54 years, ED started about 9 years ago. After viagra and cialis and pumping have found Trimix. Use 10 units injected with a partial erection. 31g-5/16" or 31g 1/2"needle. 10-1-30

I'm about 4.6" erect, tried Xialla last year as a "last attempt hail Mary" before I got implanted. Xialla didn't really work for me so I went ahead with the implant.
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

Same - I tried Xialla and the Giddy ring (along with Nitrous Oxide supplements) before switching to injections.
At least the Xialla was cheaper than the Giddy Ring.
