Implant after jelq injury

Hey guys. Are there any members out there who got implants after jelqing injuries specifically?
I injured myself back in 2017 and since then i've been going through the numbness that comes with a jelq injury...sometimes it's worse than other times...but it's still overall very distressing.
I just wanna know if anyone else has gotten implanted after jelq injury and if the pros of being implanted outweigh the cons of jelq-injury-numbness in particular, as that is the only symptom of injury that actually gets to me.

Im probably not going to get implanted but ive definitely thought about it....because i fear the day that i wake up and cant keep an erection because ive lost all feeling in there. So basically i'd just like to ask a guy who's member lost sensation after a jelq injury if getting implanted was worth it?

Describe your numbness; is it a sexual numbness where your have lost sexual sensation in your penis? Or have you lost both sexual and general sense of touch too?

Fine touch in glans has diminished significantly
Erotic sensation in my glans has significantly diminished
The skin between the glans and circumcision scar is still exactly as erotically sensitive as it was in highschool thank god

Atm my biggest issue is that since my glans is in such a bad place it’s getting harder for me to maintain erections. It’s like my brain can get horny but without my glans my dick just won’t catch up most times it’s weird. Very discouraging. My glans might still be erotic to deep pressure because sometimes when I masturbate I feel like I might be feeling pleasure in it sometimes but I can’t be sure.

I feel like with an implant I’d be able to have an erection when I want, and so my horny brain wouldn’t have to go unanswered anymore

Firstly I would like to say an implant will not fix your sexual numbness. Secondly as a young man any thoughts of doing this should be far on the horizon! Remember an implant will not be the same.
Jelqing injuries can cause issues with the pelvic floor. Some form of hard flaccid can occur. The main nerve responsible for sensation in the penis be it sexual or tactile can become compressed, this is the Pudendal nerve. This will affect sexual sensation and reflex erections, that is erections that are generated by touch. The Pudendal nerve travels through muscles and ligaments in and around the pelvic floor and then becomes the dorsal nerve. Boring out the inside of your penis to accommodate an inflatable tube will not help an already damaged or compressed nerve.
Your sexual numbness is highly suggestive of some degree of hard flaccid generated by injury to the penis. Remember much of your penis is inside your body where it interacts with all the muscles of the pelvic floor.
Consult with a pelvic floor specialist!
