Solid Erections When Squatting

Postby LifeSucks » Fri Apr 23, 2021 6:57 am

I’ve noticed that if i get in the squatting position, i can get really hard erections very easily, but as soon as i stand up, i lose it within seconds.

Is this a sign of pelvic floor dysfonction or venous leak?

I don't know the answer, but thanks for posting the question as I have noticed similar results when sitting on the toilet.

Good sleuthing! YES! This is typical pelvic floor dysfunction. Get to a pelvic floor therapist - www.pelvicrehab.com
AND also get a doctor to prescribe a gentle anti-anxiety drug with few sexual side effects.
Get a therapist and learn to manage your stress and anxiety.

This is totally fixable!

It s actually a sign of venous leak.

If you squat you increase intraabdominal pressure, which slows down venous flow and thus increasing rigidity.
