urethral stricture disease

I had prostate cancer 16 years ago. I was treated with both external and implanted radiation. I got my penile implant 4 years ago. Today I am experiencing urethral stricture disease caused from the radiation and will probably have surgery to correct it.
Is there anyone on this site that has experienced this situation? I would love to hear from you.
