Did you injure your penis? Did you feel any pain at all during the beginning or now?
You should absolutely get Cialis. I would also start traction therapy, i recommend RestoreX + totalman rod extender. I would also add VED 2x/day for 10-15 minutes.

It's the only way to stave off and potentially reverse any length and girth loss.
Born 1986. ED. Peyronie's.
Considering an Implant. Consulting with Dr. Eid.
Using Cialis 10mg/day + 20mg for sex. Injections of PGE-1.

So I would echo simbarn and warn that you may be immediately shot down by your urologist. It doesn't mean he's no good or that you are wrong, it's just that medicine is often slow to develop.

Okay. Well i guess i’ll just tell my urologist my symptoms and see what he says. I wont mention HF or anything like that. I think i may need cialis and maybe some blood work or hormone level checks to see if everything in that sense is normal. I do believe i have something wrong with the base of my penis either structural damage or plaque preventing bloodflow.

It is IMO far more likely that you have an issue with your Pelvic floor than plaque preventing blood flow at just 18 years of age. If you had injured your penis at some point, enough to cause damage, there would have been bruising and pain. The symptoms you describe with your penis are those of hard flaccid. There was a post just the other day from a guy talking about his pelvic floor problem, did you see this?

I did one time put toothpaste on my shaft right around where the base is. This was about 3 years ago. The skin turned blue and purple for a week and then kind of healed until it looked close to normal just a bit more shiny. I was trying to get rid of fordyce spots becausw i read on the stupid internet that toothpaste worked. But maybe this created scar tissue?

If you're determined to believe that you have scaring then no amount of logic will convince you otherwise. Carry on.
