I live in the US but I have no clue how to order this from Olympia Compounding Pharmacy as it requires a prescription. I suppose I could use a forwarder too but I'm not convinced it makes sense to spend the extra money for the forwarding services.

Thoughts or ideas, anyone?

Thanks,
Andy

Yes, these forwarders can get very expensive and you don't need one if you're in the US.

There are many online pharmacies in the US and Canada that sell these creams, just make sure you are ordering a single purchase and not a subscription plan - sometimes, these websites and their terms of service are not clear.

I'm considering getting it from the HCG Institute, but I'm a bit hesitant because of the absence of any reviews of their products:
https://www.thehcginstitute.com/store/products/

They offer Scream Cream in two different strengths:

Scream Cream: Aminophylline 3%/L-Arginine 6%/Sildenafil 2%

Ultra Scream Cream: Aminophylline 3%/L-Arginine 6%/Sildenafil 4%

Their ingredients look different than the one you ordered from Olympia. That's the other thing... I am afraid of getting disappointed yet again :)

I'm afraid I can't help you with that, I've never tried their products and I can't recommend anything.

I can't even recommend the cream from Olympia, I've only tried it twice and more testing is needed. I'm not a doctor and I'm not selling anything here, I just post my personal experiences.

Check out Defy Medical as well, they offer a wide range of libido creams with different formulations. I avoid anything with testosterone in it, there may be side effects.

Everyone is different, reactions vary a lot.

Many of the products/combinations I tried did not work for me at all.

These pharmacies take care of everything, incl. online medical consultation and rx.

Flavio, Defy medical will accept patients from overseas and do a consult and prescription?
Thank you for the all the information in this thread.

I don't think so.

I live in Europe (Portugal) and my wonderful American forwarder Yannick Libam from Parcl takes care of everything for me, you can contact him for more details if you like.

This is a prescription product correct? If so how does your forwarder go about getting the script in your name? Sorry I have missed something here.
You say the pharmacy takes care of everything as in your consult and the RX (Prescription)?
There is also something else that Defy medical supply that I am very interested in trying.
Thanks.

Well, this is disappointing. :(

I tried the Libido Arousal Cream for the first time and there was no improvement, my erection was mediocre. My penis was very sensitive, maybe this could help with anorgasmia but my erection was not stronger.

The ingredients are very similar to Scream Cream, so what happened exactly?

I'm guessing that when I tried Scream Cream, the udenafil tablets I had taken two days before were still working and this would explain the massive erection.

Either that or the cream is a fake or faulty product (I honestly don't think so).

If you want to try these creams, please remember that they are prescribed for female sexual dysfunction, they are not approved ED treatments.

The cream worked, it really did and I'm impressed. It worked in less than 15 minutes and there were no side effects. Barely any stimulation was needed and, again, I got an excellent erection.

My previous experience with Vitaros was a fiasco, so I was very skeptical about topical treatments for ED but this one turned out to be a positive surprise.

I'm not so sure about this anymore, please ignore these comments of mine.

The thing is: udenafil was probably still im my blood system, even after 48 hours.

I tried the cream from Defy Medical and this time, there was no visible improvement. Very disappointing!

If any of you would like to give these creams a try, please note that:

a) They are not approved ED treatments;

b) The list of ingredients varies a lot, make sure you are getting the right formulation;

c) Try a cream without testosterone, there is less risk of side effects.

Passerarf asked me to do a list of best treatments and in my case, the priority order would be:

1. PDE-5 inhibitor (udenafil but Cialis worked perfectly for 10+ years)

2. Oral phentolamine (even though the Chinese brand that I'm currently using is not as good as my previous brand, Vigamed from Brazil)

3. Seredyn (not exactly an ED treatment but it helps with my anxiety and anxiety is a major erection killer)

4. Apomorphine (it is an approved ED treatment and it works but I couldn't combine it with a PDE-5 inhibitor because of side effects, so had to I quit this one)

5. Cock rings

6. Topical creams (like I said, these are not approved ED treatments and they've been disappointing so far but more testing is needed)
