Yea I did it myself but since I suffer from cvod the effect was only a few hours. I suppose it will help in arteriogenic impotence only.

so you mixed it with bacteriostatic saline water ?
i ordered a bottle of 100unit botox and had to dig on how to mix it . thats what i found . 3ml of the B.S.water to one 100unit bottle of botox . how about yours ?

intervention group received a single ICI of Botox 50 U and the control group received a single ICI of 0.9% normal saline 1 mL. To decrease the risk of systemic absorption, compression of the penile base was applied using a rubber band placed over the base of the penis before the injection and removed after 20 minutes (Figure 2). After injection with BoNT-A, there was a statistically significant improvement in the mean peak systolic velocity in the treatment group from 24.6 cm/s at baseline to 34.9 cm/s (P = 0.005) but not in the control group (Figure 3).

I was quoted $1500 for the 100u treatment so I just ordered some imported stuff myself. I really would like to know if anyone has had it done in the exterior supporting muscles as well or if it’s only used intracavernosally. Flaccid hang might also depend on the stabilizing muscles but this would be a more difficult target for amateur injections (left and right of the base).

It is to done intra cavernosal between 2 o clock and 3o clock position.

I have had it done multiple times. I go to NYC and have it done by centers for sexual medecine. It does help some with Ed and for me lasts about three months. I will say it’s not a silver bullet though. I would still have ti take oral meds but I found I wouldn’t have to take as strong of a dose and it did hang looser. It is extremely expensive though for the results for me. It is $2400 per treatment.
