Hey bro, thanks for the reply. I think the same company that produced finasteride also makes Gardasil, Merck. Seems all their products just ruin lives. Anyway, how were you able to do it? Did you ever experience loss of sensation in your wood? (What Im dealing with now)
Either way its great you were able to have kids despite the problem. Gives me hope.

I have had some loss of sensation. Viagra works every now and again so I can manage some not so great sex still now and again.

Did you ever test positive for lower testosterone levels? Do you still get morning erections?
My t levels were 220. Which my Uro says are low.

I've had my testosterone levels all over the place, I've been on and off TRT many times. I took HCG prior to getting pregnant the first time.

How did you deal with the horrible insomnia? I haven't slept properly in a month.

Insomnia from what? HCG? Never really got any. If you are, I'd check your E2 or cortisol level (not blood for cortisol though, do saliva or urine.

I am curious as to who advised you to take gardasil at 33. I am not a doctor, but my understanding is that it was best administered just at puberty. Well, that is water over the dam.
I hope that soon your worst effects will go away. Cialis, like Viagra, is now in generic form, so I have found less bad side effects from Cialis, although I do get a headache with both, but just not as bad and not the nasal congestion.
One key is to keep fresh blood to your penis. If you are not having morning wood, you might ask your uro about getting a penis pump. Pumps that work are not that expensive. Use it daily to bring fresh blood into your member, although don't over pump and don't keep it up for too long. If you pump and use an O-ring to keep the erection that will help you stay up for insertion, but you will also need to ejaculate, which it seems you can. There is also the injection option for getting hard. Of course, the key to getting your wife pregnant is your sperm.
As someone else suggested, get a sperm count. Just keep on trying different things and you will succeed.
Wishing you all the best, a happy marriage and lots of kids!
