Impaza for ED

Postby Flavio » Sun Dec 06, 2020 9:41 am

Impaza is an oral drug for the treatment of ED, manufactured by Materia Medica in Russia.

There are studies that show its efficacy and the Materia Medica webpage mentions combination with PDE-5 inhibitors:

Impaza is an OTC treatment and you can order it on RU Pills.

(Needless to say, I'm not endorsing Impaza or any other product here. I'm testing all these treatments because Cialis suddenly stopped working for me after 10 years of successful use. I'll post the results, good or bad, soon.)

'Anxiolytic and antidepressant characteristics of impaza' Well, this is interesting. Could Impaza be helpful in cases of psychogenic ED?

(THIS IS JUST A PREVIEW, I'VE POSTED THE COMPLETE ARTICLE BELOW)

I have to say, you're much more carefree about ingesting different drugs than I am. I'd be worried my luck would eventually run out.

I never try experimental drugs, only approved treatments. But you're absolutely right, there is some risk involved: apomorphine showed some promise at first but didn't pass the final test and side effects were unbearable when I combined it with avanafil. Apomorphine is a legitimate ED treatment and may work for many patients but definitely not for me. :(

I believe in combination therapy for ED but the problem is everyone is different and there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Trial and error is needed, I don't see any other way.

And I'm not doing this for the sake of science, I'm trying new drugs because Cialis suddenly stopped working for me after 10 years of regular use.

A fascinating study: Anxiolytic and Antidepressant Characteristics of Impaza.

Could this Russian drug be the definitive solution for psychogenic ED?

I've had terrible luck with centrally acting drugs for ED (apomorphine, cabergoline, trazodone) but I'm going to give this one a try. I'll keep you guys posted on the results.

I am finally going to order Impaza, from Russia.

My expectations are not great but maybe this works sinergistically with a PDE-5 inhibitor (udenafil), there is one study that shows it.

Here's the description from the Russian pharmacy that sells it (no links allowed, sorry):

Increases the activity of endothelial NO-synthase, restores the production of nitric oxide (NO) by the endothelium during sexual stimulation, increases the content of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in smooth muscles and promotes their relaxation, which leads to an increase in blood circulation in the cavernous bodies and provides sufficient strength and duration an erection. The drug increases libido (sex drive) and satisfaction with intercourse. Regular use of the drug increases serum testosterone levels (with a moderately reduced baseline).

To make things even more controversial, this is a homeopathic treatment and I still have no idea what that is. If anyone can clarify that for me, please post a reply.
