@flavio, any news on impaza and this udenafil? It looks like Russians are going nuts with these drugs.

I still haven't received my meds but it's not the Russians' fault, Pochta and the pharmacies did everything right and have already shipped the meds. It's the Portuguese postal services that are doing a terrible job, as always (I live in Portugal).

I only received the generics from Sunrise Remedies that I had ordered via parcl.com, precisely because my forwarder did a great job and used DHL instead of the Portuguese postal services.

UPDATE: My order of lodenafil (brand name Helleva) from Brazil arrived today. I am not terribly excited about this one, it's a good treatment but very similar to Viagra. I will not post a separate thread on this.

Helleva is only available in Brazil, so I had to hire a Brazilian forwarder. I was blessed to find Atali Dickson, who did a brilliant job. Atali was wonderful and very professional, honest, polite and helpful.

If you want to try Helleva, this is the best possible way to do it. And if you live in the US or Europe, this option could be very affordable because of the favorable currency exchange rates.

39 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

I don't want to get too carried away this time because my previous experience with apomorphine was a fiasco but I am optimistic.

Udenafil is not approved in the United States and is not widely available in the western world but I believe it may be an interesting choice for ED patients, a hidden gem. Here's why:

a) Udenafil is quick to act, less than 1 hour, whereas Cialis may take up to 2 hours and PT-141 up to 6+ hours.

b) The effect lasts for 10+ hours, whereas avanafil and Viagra only last 4 hours max.

c) Excellent safety profile, much safer than Viagra.

d) You can safely combine it with alpha-blockers.

e) The drug was developped and approved in South Korea, a great country for medical research and pharmaceutical drugs.

f) It is manufactured by the big pharma Dong-A.

g) Not all PDE-5 inhibitors are the same, I've had great results with Cialis and avanafil and zero results with vardenafil.

The problem is where to get udenafil. There are several online pharmacies that sell udenafil but most of them seem shady.

I've decided to order my pills from Welloxpharma but I'm not going to post their link here because we're not allowed to. I've never tried them before but they seem reliable. They sell genuine pills from Sunrise Remedies and payment methods include Pay Pal and credit card.

Again, I had to ask my American forwarder Yannick Libam for help, because Welloxpharma doesn't ship to my country (Portugal). I swear I'm not trying to promote anything here but you should really out check out parcl.com, it's an amazing way to buy and ship all types of products from around the world.

As always, Yannick was extremely efficient and quick, he's already made the purchase and the pills are on their way.

If any of you know or have tried udenafil, please share your experiences here.

For what it’s worth, here’s my experience of Udenafil.

I sourced some Zydena from Russia.
I tried the lower 100mg dose and then doubled it the next day.

I would describe it as being very similar to Sildenafil for me.

Symptoms were heavy congestion and some blurred vision at the higher dose.

Effects (for me) were marginal.
Similar to sildenafil.

So, I suspect that if you respond to Sildenafil then you will probably respond to Udenafil.
And, as it’s expensive, then probably not a solution for most.....

I found a different source other than Russia, as they are expensive. Am willing to try Udenafil and some of the brands/types. We as a couple are also going to experiment with VED. I posted a story somewhere on here recently, about completely opening up to my precious wife about ED, and so on, drugs, injections, etc. I will give an opinion on udenfil when i receive it. thanks!

Yes, it's true that the Russian pills are very expensive but we're getting the original brand meds.

I have tried the generic tablets from Sunrise, India, which worked well but I'm sure the brand meds will be even better.

My orders are in my country already but because of the terrible postal services, I still haven't got them. Hopefully, next week I'll have good news to share.

Well, great news indeed, they're here!

My first package of udenafil pills from Russia finally arrived today, it took two months but the pills are definitely here. :)

The Russians did everything right, it's the postal services in my country that did a terrible job. Covid and the Christmas season didn't help, either.

I can't wait to try these pills, I'll post a final report soon.

I finally 'tested' my udenafil pills from Russia today and they worked beautifully, I couldn't be happier with the results.

(I have already ordered another 10 boxes of udenafil from Russia, that's how happy I am right now :D )

These tablets were even more effective than the generic from Sunrise, I had a massive erection all the time and the best part was: no side effects whatsoever! :)

For the first time ever, I was able to combine a PDE-5 inhibitor + oral phentolamine + Seredyn without any side effects, esp. the dreaded hypotension. There was only some minor dizziness when I got up the bed and that was it. No ocular pain, no headaches, no nasal congestion.

I can't stress this enough: generics may be more affordable but brand drugs are always worth those extra euros.

I've already posted a lot of info on udenafil and I don't have much to add but I'll just post one or two tips on Russian pharmacies.

I chose Russia because udenafil is an approved ED treatment there. South Korea may be a good option as well, depending where you live.

Buying meds on the internet is always risky and you should take extra precautions when ordering from Russia.

Yes, there are legitimate online pharmacies in Russia but there are also many scams. Make sure you are getting genuine brand drugs and not some obscure generic. And always read the customer reviews before choosing your pharmacy. Trustpilot.com and other consumer websites may be useful.

A safe payment method is essential, as well. Wire transfers and credit cards are not safe. Pay Pal isn't always safe but here's what I do: I do not link any credit cards or bank accounts and before completing my purchase, I top up the right amount to my Pay Pal account. It doesn't get any safer than this!

Needless to say, do not provide any sensitive information (e.g. phone number, Taxpayer Identification Number).
