My cholesterol is on the borderline of acceptable/high. The rest is good.
About 2 years before my implant I started shedding pounds in hopes that maybe I could reverse my sorry state. It didn't reverse my venous leak but at least I don't look as bad in the mirror and I did rid myself of pre-diabetes

I don't know about venous leakage (outflow), but is surely does not help with the arterial inflow.

Smoking - effects on your body
Web site
https://www.betterhealth.vic.gov.au/hea ... 20exercise
down-page, there is a section:
Effects of smoking on the sexual organs

Do a web search on smoking and find lots more.

I have testimony that smoking makes a man's semen taste TERRIBLE (along with many other foods/drinks). Pineapple juice (and many other foods) makes it taste better.

Thanks for your comment. In general is there a real difference between the symptoms of arterial inflow insuffciency and venous leakage?

I am certainly no expert and this is just my opinion but in my case I tried using Trimix with enough potency and amount that would send most to the emergency room. I would be hard enough when on my feet but once I was horizontal I'd go limp. The effects from the injections would fade in a couple hours. My assumption was that since the effects of such a large dose of high strength Trimix faded so readily I must have pretty good circulation and just a really bad venous leak. Again just an opinion.

(edited down for brevity)

Sorry, I do not know. My VL (venous leak) seemed to be consistent with a very simple inflow/outflow model. I am pretty sure the pathlologies are substantially different, but whether the symptoms are readily distinguished by clinical exam or medical history is unknown to me. That is, a cutoff of arterial inflow might be indistinguishable from VL.

Alpha88 provided an excellent example that strongly suggests the symptoms ARE readily distinguishable.
