RRP 2003

Postby franglais » Wed Nov 18, 2020 6:27 pm

A friend had RRP in the early 2000s... and still has problems with incontinence. He has had two separate AMS 800 devices, the last one smaller than the first. This one still doesn't work. The doctor says his urethra is too small for the devices available. Anyone had any success with any other surgical intervention for helping with the incontinence? Also penile length has diminished... could he use a VED after all these years?
Perhaps he should see another doctor.... like an ED specialist??
Thanks!

Yeah, I'd say he needs to find a new specialist. I have absolutely no medical credentials at all but I's suggest he start using a pump (VED) right away and use it faithfully every day but with caution. Don't push it and give it time. His dick has had many years to atrophy and any recovery with take persistence and patience.
