Hello you all,

Let s play a little game. You guys help me to figure out the stack to achieve an erection for the next date.

I list all the medicine I have on hand and we will figure out together how I get a 2-3 hour erection on tuesday evening ;).

On stock: (each medicine various times on hand)

Caverject (PGE1) 20mcg
Caverject 10mcg
Sildenafil 100mg
Avanafil 200mg
Tadalafil 20mg
Vardenafil 20mg
Doxazosin 1mg
Doxazosin 4mg

Last time I took
1mg of Doxazosin
150mg Sildenafil
20mcg PGE1
30mg Tadalafil

And I was still troubling to keep an erection.

Now I am even more nervous which means I have to increase the dosage of the Doxazosin (alpha1 Antagonist).

I know you guys are not doctors, so let s make it a what if case.

In the unlikely case of priapism I am very well aware of what to do...

I wish you the best of luck and success. But no, I won't touch that question other than to say please be careful.

I will probably increase the doxazosine to 4mg.

I am pretty nervous now about „mis“performing again.

These are all prescription drugs and should be taken with caution.

Everyone is different, only your doctor can say for sure what's right for you.

Doxazosine didn't work for me, the only alpha blocker I take is oral phentolamine 30 minutes before sex. As far as I know, oral phentolamine is the only alpha blocker that has been approved for the treatment of ED (not in the US, though).

If your case is psychogenic, you may want to try apomorphine. It is an approved ED treatment in Europe (brand names Uprima, Zyprima) and works by activating dopamine receptors in the brain.

Two PDE-5 inhibitors and an alpha blocker may drop your blood pressure to extremely low levels!

It's pointless to increase the dosage because alpha blockers do not treat anxiety, they only work peripherally. Consult your doctor before trying any of these meds.

And there is no reason to feel anxious, just focus your mind on other things and don't think about it too much.

What side effects are you getting with such high doses and combination of PDE5 Inhibitors?
Be careful when combining alpha blockers with PDE5 inhibitors that your blood pressure is not dropping to low.

Have you tried using just Trimix or Bimix injections?

One thing to consider here is that the high dose treatment of PDE5 inhibitors combined with alpha blockers may be causing a side effect that in itself may hinder erectile function; low blood pressure.
If the inflow of blood drops too much into the corpus cavernosum, I would imagine venous occlusion would be less effective. This would be even more pronounced if there was any form of hardening or blockage of the cavernosal and or connecting arteries.
Injecting the required drugs directly into the penis would avoid this issue as systemic effects are greatly reduced.

I phrased unspecifically, I get anxious (recently) that I will lose my erection (psychogenic) the levels of adrenalin/noradrenalin increase and will bring my boner down. A alpha1 antagonists prevents that from happening.

Actually there are more studies for the oral effect of doxazosine vs oral phentolamine. Thats the reason my doctor prescribed doxazosine and refused to prescribe phentolamine.

The most prominent sides are nasal congestion and a slight headache.

I hear you and think I will stick to lower dosages of the pde5i when injecting.

My blood pressure with those is usually 110/60 - the diastolic being borderline low. I dont have any feelings of dizzyness though.

Probably will do this regime:

4mg doxa
20mcg pge1
30mg tada

Maybe 200mg avanafil.

My right corporeal body responds better to injections so I will use this for the injection.
